U.S. Notary Association is excited to announce our new forum: What's Your Take? Our resident notary will post scenarios of real notarizations or signings and the challenges that occurred. In order to make this forum vibrant, relevant and instructive we need your input! Each post will include a specific scenario, what happened in the real situation, and ask the question "what's your take?" What would be your response to that particular situation, or if you have been in that position, what did you do? What might you have done differently?
